Another dish I made recently was Lemon Chicken, which many of the Chinese restaurants in Manila serve. My version tasted all right. But I wasn’t really happy about how it turned out. Still, as we say, every cooking disappointment leaves opportunities to perfect a dish. I was able to get the lemon sauce perfectly, but the breading of the chicken has much room for improvement.
Instead of just flour, I used bread crumbs and corn flakes. I should have skipped the bread crumbs and settled for flour or just the corn flakes instead. I will try this again next time.
In any case, it still looks good, right?
